The hotels' team was exceptional.

Some people working there were poor.

Units with comfortable beds.

The units are air-conditioned, fine.

It was bright, immaculate and with non flushing loo.

The spa facilities were great, but the room was quite tired and dated.

The beds were extremely comfortable, there was a choice of pillows, the room was very clean, the bathroom very clean and functional. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar.

Enjoyed our stay; the stuff and location where great. The room was spotless and beautifully designed in general, with comfortable beds. It was nice to have central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The staff were efficient and check-in was easy.

Location, just 2 miles form winchester but laso near a number of attractions we wanted to go to very clean and nice lookign hotel room was a good size for 2 adults and an extra bed for a toddler

Cost of breakfast and food from the restaurant, particularly whne it is a fair distance from town. Meant we had to take the car out ot go for food. Could do with more leisure facilities, seems tailored to business visitors

Facilities were modern and up to date. Washroom was clean and the shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Staff was pleasant and professional. Lots of parking on site at no extra charge.

We were in the middle of nowhere, and had to drive to dine anywhere other than at the hotel.

Very clean, everything is new, good price, children are free, even an extra bed in the room was free. There are two ways to reach Winchester. If you choose the highway, the hotel seems far away from the city, while the hotel is actualy very close if you take the side road.

you should go very early for breakfast otherwise you'll see empty dishes! the are also do not refill of the shampoo/soaps in the room; unless you ask for it. Once they even forgot to do our beds!

The location was great, just a short drive to winchester. The staff were super friendly n helpful. Our room was cozy n comfy, perfect for just 1 night. We really enjoyed the breakfast options. There was plenty of seating around too.

But the bathroom could use a lil upgrade n they didn't have enough hanging space for clothes. Kinda annoying that they didn't inform us about the massage appointment we thought we had booked.

obviously a new hotel, but very smart and clean. Room spacious. Could have done with more lighting in the bathroom. Beds comfortable.

A fairly new hotel which is spacious & modern, very quiet rooms (didn't get any of the usual noise from above or in the corridors). Nice restaurant area and bar, including an outside seating area which was lovely to relax in. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Only bad thing was the distance from Winchester iteself - not walkable so if you don't have a car, you could feel a bit isolated

Would be better with some leisure facilities

Light Bites at bar extremely poor quality and not value for money - would not recommend.
